The Penns Grove Police Department wants to send our condolences to Salem County Sheriffs Officer Sgt. Ian Todd and his family. Today they had to say goodbye to Sgt Todd’s faithful K9 partner Frodo. Frodo served the citizens of Salem County for 10 years and was an asset to the Law Enforcement Community. It was an honor to work beside you. Thank you for your service and Godspeed.
