On May 15, 2018 during the Borough of Penns Grove council meeting four Penns Grove Police Officers were promoted by Chief John T. Stranahan, Sr ; sworn in by the Borough Solicitor Adam Telsey with blessing performed by Police Chaplin Rev. DeWitt Timmons.
Thank you to family members who were able to come and support their loved ones, as well as thanks to Chief J. Stranahan, Sr., Mayor J. Washington, the Police Committee and Borough Council for their invaluable assistance in making the promotions possible, please give congratulations to the following officers for their hard work and dedication to the community and their years of service to the Police Department.
